Jeremy and Laura have been serving as Youth Pastors and Youth Directors for ten years in Wenatchee, WA. Jeremy joined staff with FCA in 2020 and is the Area Director for Chelan & Douglas County.

Devin and Nikole have been on staff with FCA as the Area Directors & College Chaplains since 2012 in Kittitas County. They moved to Wenatchee to join the Lebow's as Area Reps & College Chaplains for Chelan and Douglas County in June of 2020. Their hearts are to see the world impacted through coaches and athletes, and fulfill the great commission in Matthew 28:19-20.
